What a mess! Arena workers were nowhere to be found, and the ones we did see were working so hard to avoid eye contact with any concert goers who may need assistance. When the concert ended, we had to navigate our way out, with no lighting or signs, to the designated pick up location. There wasn’t a bad seat in the house, so that part was awesome. It was very difficult to navigate the steps with our seats, our food, and our drinks. Unfortunately the seating and food kiosks had excruciatingly loooooong lines and were located a great distance from the seating area and were at the base of a gigantic four-level flight of stairs. After waiting another half hour in a different line, we finally got admitted and “rented” our $7 lawn seats. As it turned out, my friend and I waited for half hour in an unmarked line only to be turned away because it was designated as a “fast lane” that we were not authorized to be in.

There were no signs to direct us, so we followed the crowd across an unending parking lot to the entrance. Our Uber driver dropped us off at a gate and pointed us in the direction of lawn seating. We purchased lawn tickets for a decent price. My friend and I attended a concert at the amphitheater.
