It was a little frustrating at check in I asked over the phone for total cost and if there was any extra fees so I would know what to bring with me they never once told me there was a 100$ incidentals fees so I had enough on my card only for the cost of the room not the extra fee sense they never once mentioned it in our conversation like I asked so I could be prepared when I booked over the phone that would of been helpful so anyways after about 10 minutes they let me pay the 100$ fee in cash so basically left me with very little money as I brought only a certain amount with me to enjoy my birthday I was upset but had drove 2 hr to get there so even though I didn't get to enjoy myself like I wanted to for my bday atleast my room was paid for and the room was very nice staff was very nice but they need to tell people about the 100$ so people can be prepared if I would had known that I could of been prepared had more money on me and really enjoyed my stay.
